2021 Camp Refund Policy
Due to the current COVID pandemic, Georgetown Country Club is making exceptions to its cancellation and refund policies for the 2021 camp season.
If camp is not able to operate during the session in which your child is enrolled due to directives we receive from the Washtenaw County Health Department, the State of Michigan licensing authority, and/or any other authorized governing body, we will refund the full amount of your session fee.
For the safety of staff and other participants, if your child is unable to attend the scheduled session due to the COVID-19 illness, or a COVID-19 quarantine and/or waiting period, or develops COVID-like symptoms, you may request a full refund.
Refunds due to COVID must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the event. Non-COVID related refunds follow the standard refund policy.
