Other Information

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at time of registration to hold your child’s space.
  • This deposit is applied for each weekly session per child. For example, if you register 1 child for 3 different weeks of camp, the total deposit due at registration is $150.
  • Daily drop-in rates must be paid in full at time of registration. Daily drop-in spaces open approximately one week before each weekly session begins

ADMINISTRATION FEE

  • Annual, one-time $15 administration fee per child that participates in camp, including both weekly and daily drop-in registration.
  • This $15 administration fee is invoiced and due when the balance is paid for the child’s first week or day of camp.
  • This $15 fee is not applied to the cost of camp.

FINAL PAYMENTS

  • Payment on your camp balance is due the first day of the month your camp session(s) begin.
  • For example, if your child(ren) are registered for camp the week of June 15 through June 19, your balance is invoiced with payment due by June 1.
  • Your camp balance is refundable up to one week before the first day of camp.
