Annual Membership Meeting + Board Election (virtual)

Meeting is via Google Meet – link was sent via email on November 13 from Katie Trevathan, GTCC President (email came from board@georgetowncc.com).

This important virtual event is a time to celebrate our achievements, share future plans, and introduce candidates for the upcoming Board election. This year’s ballot will also include a proposal which requires a membership vote (see below for more information).

In this year’s election, fully vested members (i.e., those whose initiation fees were paid in full in 2024) will be voting for four (4) open positions–including re-electing our current Treasurer who has only served one (1) year on the board, one (1) partial term, and two (2) full terms. A ballot link will be emailed immediately following the Annual Meeting and will remain open for voting until Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
