POOL HOURS

  • Memorial Day Weekend:
    • May 26: open 4-8 pm
    • May 27th-28th: 12-8 pm
    • May 29th (Memorial Day): 12-8 pm
  • May 30th – June 2nd: 4-8 pm
  • June 3rd-4th: 12-8 pm
  • June 5th – June 9th: 4-8 pm
  • June 11th – September 5th(Labor Day): 12-9 pm

POOL RULES & GENERAL INFORMATION

  • MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN AT THE FRONT DESK AS THEY ENTER THE POOL AREA.  
  • As required by the Health Department:
      • People with contagious infections or illnesses may not use the pool.
      • Adhesive bandages are not permitted in the pool.
      • A soap shower is required before entering the pool.
      • Unnecessary Pool Closures: It is the responsibility of all members to ensure that young children are properly monitored and outfitted while utilizing the aquatic facility. The safety breaks should be used as a time to visit the restrooms, re-apply sunscreen, rest, eat, and re-hydrate. Appropriates swim diapers and tight-fitting plastic pants must be worn by all children not yet demonstrating full bladder and bowel control. In the event the pool becomes contaminated due to a violation of this policy, the member will be assessed a pool cleaning fee of $100.00.
  • Glass containers, metal toys, and other sharp or rigid objects are not permitted.  
  • Eating on the pool deck is not permitted. A picnic area is provided within the pool area enclosure. Beverages in plastic containers or cans are acceptable.
  • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED WITHIN THE POOL ENCLOSURE AND WITHIN 25 FEET OF THE POOL ENCLOSURE.
  • The pool office is for aquatics staff only.
  • Pool phone use is limited to emergency outgoing calls only. Incoming phone calls are through the Pro Shop and staff will follow-up accordingly.
  • Lost and found articles will be placed in a designated area. Staff persons are not responsible for lost articles. Unclaimed articles will be donated to charity on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Locker rooms are provided for showers, changing clothes, or using restroom facilities only. It is expected that all persons will respect the facilities. Young children must always be accompanied to and from restrooms and/or locker rooms.
  • Pool Age Requirements:
      • Youth 11 years and under must be accompanied/supervised by an adult while at the Club. Failure to comply on Club property will result in the child’s membership revocation in the event the situation is repeated.
      • Youth 6 years and under must be with a parent/guardian to enter the pool. Children 6 and under must have direct, hands-on parental supervision while at the pool facility. This includes pool use when using flotation devices.
  • Non-swimmers require parental supervision and should remain in the shallow end of the pool until their swimming skills enable them to swim 25 yards without assistance.
  • Adults should not attempt to supervise too many children under the age of 10 at one time.
  • Dangerous or obtrusive play is not permitted. Pool users who do not behave properly or heed pool staff warnings will be prohibited from subsequent pool use. This includes the pool, locker rooms and adjacent areas. Parents/guardians are responsible for any damages incurred.
  • Inner tube rings may be used as toys only with direct, hands-on parental supervision.

POOL GUESTS

  • Pool capacity limits may restrict use of the pool to guests. The pool staff has authority in limiting pool guests. Guest privileges may be restricted as conditions warrant.
  • Guests may use the pool only when accompanied by adult members or with members that are over the age of 11 based on the aforementioned pool age requirements. For liability purposes, guest passes are not substitutes for care giver passes.
  • Guest fees are paid online or in the Pro Shop before entering the pool area. Violators will be required to leave.
  • Members are limited to bringing the same guest up to five (5) times each season.
  • All guests entering the pool deck area are required to pay guest fees regardless of their intentions to utilize the pool facility.
  • Special guest privileges may be allowed for small parties (i.e., children’s birthday parties). Arrangements must be made in advance with the General Manager.
