OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES

New to Georgetown Country Club this season, we are excited to launch group fitness classes for the 2021 season! While this program is still growing, we currently offer a small variety of classes, and we plan to offer additional fitness classes in the future.

All group fitness classes are taught by FitPoint instructors. FitPoint is a premier mind and body fitness studio located here in Ann Arbor.

Fitness classes are open to both members and non-members. 

MORNING FLOW YOGA

Bring your mind, body, and breath together to create a form of moving meditation. Move through a series of sequences that link poses and form a continuous flow to help improve strength, flexibility, and concentration. All levels welcome – modifications always available for beginners.

STRENGTH & PILATES

Fusion-style class incorporating Pilates, functional fitness, and strength-training drills to sculpt, build strength, and work your core. Expect to work out targeted muscle groups and feel the burn at an elevated heart rate. All levels welcome – modifications always available for beginners.
