Board Meetings

Board meetings are held each month. The cadence for the 2024 board will typically be the 4th Monday of each month. If you are interested in attending a meeting, email board@georgetowncc.com for specific meeting details. Scheduled meetings are as follows:

• April 1 (date change due to AAPS Spring Break)
• April 22
• June 3 (date change due to Memorial Day holiday)
• June 24
• July 22
• August 26
• September 23
• October 28
• November 25 (date may change)
• December 23 (date may change)

Annual Membership Meeting

The annual member meeting is held in November. Dates and times for this meeting vary but notices are published one month prior to the meeting date.

During this meeting, management and the Board recap the Club’s activities and financial status for the season and the membership elects new Board members. All members are encouraged to attend and participate.

Volunteer Opportunities

We are always looking for new members to join our Board (elections held in late fall) or to help with other activities and committees throughout the year. Are you an accountant, have a green thumb, good at event planning and marketing, or have another awesome talent? We’d love to use your unique skill set to make Georgetown amazing for all of us.
