GOLF COURSE
Georgetown Country Club offers a unique semi-private, nine-hole executive golf course. Par is 28, with one beautiful par 4 where the long ball hitters can attempt to drive the green! Designed by Charles Maddox and Charles Maddox, Jr., Georgetown Country Club measures 1272 yards from the longest tees. Fairways & greens are bent grass.
The golf course is open to the public when not in use for member activities or leagues and is a great course for beginner golfers or seasoned players practicing their short game.
FOOTGOLF COURSE
Georgetown offers a unique semi-private nine-hole FootGolf course (par 34), with a bonus practice hole. The course is open to the public when not in use for member activities or leagues.
An emerging sport, FootGolf is a combination of soccer and golf, where you kick the ball into a large hole in as few kicks as possible.

Carl White has a rich background across various industries, he most recently served as the Assistant Superintendent at Stonebridge Golf Club in Ann Arbor. Over the past six years, Carl has taken pride in managing daily operations, from cutting cups and mowing greens to operating and repairing the irrigation system and maintaining equipment, all to keep the course in top shape for players. He also holds a commercial pesticide applicator license, which allows him to safely apply pesticides and herbicides for golf course upkeep.
A long-time resident of Ann Arbor, Carl shares his life with his wife of 34 years, Debie. They cherish visits with their daughter Lindsay, son-in-law Matt, and their adorable new grandson George, who live in Midland. In his spare time, Carl loves to spend time camping and making memories with his family.
We’re excited to see the passion, expertise, and warmth Carl will bring to our club. Next time you see him out on the course, be sure to say hello and give him a BIG Georgetown welcome!
