GOLF COURSE

Georgetown Country Club offers a unique semi-private, nine-hole executive golf course. Par is 28, with one beautiful par 4 where the long ball hitters can attempt to drive the green!

The golf course is open to the public when not in use for member activities or leagues and is a great course for beginner golfers or seasoned players practicing their short game.

FOOTGOLF COURSE

Georgetown offers a unique semi-private nine-hole FootGolf course (par 34), with a bonus practice hole. The course is open to the public when not in use for member activities or leagues.

An emerging sport, FootGolf is a combination of soccer and golf, where you kick the ball into a large hole in as few kicks as possible.

Georgetown Country Club offers junior golf camps for kids from 6-13 years old.

The camps are designed to teach kids to love golf through a combination of games, drills and on course experiences. We prioritize junior golfers PLAYING on the course, learning in a hands-on environment from Jordan McArleton, current golf coach for University of Detroit Mercy (NCAA Division 1). Kids learn best when doing – so we aim to get them lots of experience in all aspects of golf – from long clubs down to putting. Kids will be on the course for all days of the camps – though many will begin with a fun game that allows them to learn from various challenges and games. The camp will conclude with Georgetown’s Junior Golf Tournament – a 9 hole event that will give juniors a chance to showcase the skills they worked all summer on! This low-stakes and fun event allows juniors to experience the highs and lows of playing when your scores count – with each junior earning a prize at our concluding awards ceremony.

This camp is open to members and non-members.
