Facility Rentals

Georgetown Country Club offers several rental options for the pool, clubhouse, and golf/FootGolf course for corporate, charity, or other special events. Our pool is also available to rent by other swim/dive organizations before or after daily member operating hours.

Georgetown members receive a discount on clubhouse and pool rentals so keep us in mind for that next birthday party, graduation party, baby shower, networking mixer, or corporate gathering you’re planning.

To reserve the clubhouse or pool, arrangements must be made at least one week in advance in the peak season (May 1-September 15).

Clubhouse Rental

$200 deposit + 1/2 of rental fee is due to secure reservation date and time.

If alcohol will be served, renter must have a certificate of insurance with Georgetown Country Club added as an insured party or must obtain event insurance. Proof of coverage is due 1 week before event.
Payment in full is due before access to the facility.
Renters are responsible for set-up and clean up, so please ensure that your rental time includes sufficient time for these activities.
Pool, pool deck, tennis, golf, and other facility use during a clubhouse rental will result in the forfeit of the deposit, immediate termination of the rental and may incur additional fees.

Available Equipment

The kitchen facilities, tables, and chairs are available. There are two bathrooms are located in the Clubhouse. The kitchenette is not available when the Snack Shack is open (pool hours).

Not Included in Rental Rate

Set-up of tables and chairs.
Clean-up (renter must put away tables/chairs, return all furniture to original location, and do general tidying/sweeping of clubhouse/kitchen to return it to the condition in which you found it. No bathroom cleaning is required.)

Lifeguards are required for all pool events and the lifeguard fee will be added to the rental price. The number of patrons attending the event will determine how many guards are needed. Lifeguards must take a 20-minute break every two hours.
